From the outset of either an appointment at the time of Insurance placement or notification of a specific claim our aim is to provide a claims handling service which supports the expectations of all of the risk stakeholders. We can discuss in advance with Insurers, brokers and risk managers Claims Handling protocols, including actions which are permitted to be taken in the immediate aftermath of a claim occurrence as well as claim mitigation and prevention measures. Guidance can also be given on claim presentation in order to promote the fast settlement of the notified and accepted claim.

At BenHec, we specialise in providing loss adjusting services for the technical insurance market globally.
We recognise the need and importance of a cost effective claim investigation. We work with a large network of service providers (both individuals and companies) and can assist no matter where the claim notification has arisen or the insured risk is located.
We are are totally independent organisation and are not tied to working with an affiliated brand. We will identify the most appropriate resource to assist us and then manage and control the claim process from the initial notification to the final resolution.
